Child Care Projects
Child Care and Learning Centre buildings are separately listed because they are usually purpose designed with features different to schools or houses.
Room sizes, toilet configuration, roof lines, skylight windows, under roof playgrounds and sandpits are just some of the features that differ from Schools or Houses.
Many of the buildings framed so far have had large span raking ceilings with roof skylight windows to capture the light and warmth creating the right environment for the toddlers and this building format fits ideally into the Custom Steel Frames system.
The buildings framed also include the outdoor play areas in our exposed decorative frame system. Many have been built on Primary School grounds to match the adjacent buildings and other independent centres have been designed more like oversized domestic style buildings.
